If you continue to use the promotion and marketing functions on the "Promotion Alliance" page, it will be deemed as acceptance of the modified agreement. If you do not agree with the proposed changes, you have the right to provide feedback before the effective date of the changes. If your feedback is accepted, we will make corresponding adjustments and changes. If you still do not agree to the change taking effect, you should stop using the content cooperation information technology services before the effective date of the change, and the change does not apply to you.

(1) Crazybuycn： The term "we" in this agreement refers to the "Crazybuycn Shopping" open platform running on this website and client applications (such as mobile applications, mini programs, etc.). It is an e-commerce transaction service platform that provides users with search, browsing, third-party e-commerce platform product procurement services, and other technical services.

(2) Crazybuycn promoter: refers to the "you" who logs into our website and uses the "Crazybuycn Promotion" marketing tools and services as stated in this agreement. As a Crazybuycn promoter, you have the ability to perform Crazybuycn marketing services and agree to the terms and conditions of this promotion agreement. You can be an individual or an organization.

(3) Crazybuycn referrer: refers to Crazybuycn users who have successfully registered a new account on our website/application and established a binding relationship with you through your exclusive registration QR code/registration link/promotion link.

Alliance bonus

(1) Definition and settlement of franchise bonus:

Alliance bonus definition: The alliance bonus is calculated based on the actual international shipping cost (excluding coupons, VIP discounts, platform discounts, special product discounts, etc.) received by your Crazybuycn referrer on our website. Calculate the commission rate based on your promotion level. The commission rate and settlement standards will be announced on the Crazybuycn promotion page. We reserve the right to unilaterally adjust the bonus settlement standards based on industry and business development, which will take effect from the announcement.

(2) You acknowledge that if any of the following situations occur, we have the right to withhold various bonuses and you will not be able to withdraw any profits:

Promotion competition platform: Promoters engaging in promotional activities similar to Crazybuycn on other overseas shopping platforms will result in them losing the right to receive new invitees and earn referral bonuses from the Crazybuycn referral system.

Fraudulent behavior: Promoters use deception, false advertising, or other means to obtain more Crazybuycn referrals and higher commissions. This includes but is not limited to exaggerating platform services or features to attract more Crazybuycn referrers, providing false large coupons or discounts, participating in false orders or exaggerating promotional statistics, downloading unofficial client applications, using simulators, plugins, cheating or other illegal tools to scan, download, install, register, log in, collect living expenses, withdraw, register multiple accounts, tamper with device data, maliciously seek profits or engage in other behaviors that disrupt platform order or use unauthorized means to interfere, destroy, modify or otherwise affect the platform and other improper ways we determine.

Illegal behavior: Promoters engage in activities that violate laws, regulations, or platform policies during promotional activities, including but not limited to infringement, spreading rumors, spreading violence, pornography, political instigation, etc.

Interference with platform operation: Promoters use technology or other means to attack, disrupt, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform, or engage in network attacks, virus transmission, and other activities through platform promotion activities.

Malicious competition: Promoters use the platform to purchase and recommend people for malicious competition, including but not limited to stealing the achievements of other promoters, attacking, defaming other promoters, or other behaviors that infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of other promoters.

Posting false information: Promoters post information that violates national laws, administrative regulations, or infringes on the legitimate rights of third parties, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, portrait rights, etc.

Violation of personal information: Promoters illegally obtain or disseminate Crazybuycn referrer's personal information during the promotion process.

Violation of contract terms: The promoter shall not violate any terms of the Crazybuycn referrer agreement, including but not limited to promotion rules, commission acquisition process, etc.

Our rights and obligations

(1) We guarantee that we and our recommenders are legitimate operators of Crazybuycn.

(2) We guarantee the authenticity and reliability of the promotional data provided to you.

(3) We guarantee timely confirmation, settlement, and payment of bonus fees in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.

(4) We guarantee the confidentiality of the personal information you provide, except in cases of force majeure.

(5) We have the right to adjust, modify or terminate Crazybuycn promotional activities according to business needs, and we will notify you promptly.

(6) We have the right to review and supervise your promotional activities to ensure their legality and compliance. The consequences of suspected violations: We will independently assess the nature and severity of the violations and decide to temporarily suspend your use of Crazybuycn promotion features or prohibit you from withdrawing any income.

(7) We have the right to interpret the terms of this agreement and provide explanations and supplements as necessary.

(8) We have the right to collect and use data related to the Crazybuycn platform, including but not limited to sales quantity, amount, and category. You agree to use the data obtained from the Crazybuycn platform only for the reasonable purpose of fulfilling this agreement, and not to misuse or authorize unauthorized third parties to use it without our confirmation.

(9) You understand and agree that we may, based on service risks, operational management needs, or other legitimate reasons (including but not limited to force majeure, product or service optimization, upgrades, maintenance, equipment inspections, etc.). In this case, we will do our best to make an early announcement, and our announcement will be considered a valid notice. We do not assume any responsibility arising from this.

Your rights and obligations

(1) You agree to promote on websites or promotional channels that you own and/or have legal operating rights or agency rights in accordance with established promotion methods, including but not limited to promoting through the promotion links provided under this agreement. You have an obligation to ensure that your promotional content is true, accurate, and compliant, and does not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of us or any third party. If the information you post violates relevant laws and regulations or infringes on our or any third party's legal rights, we have the right to restrict your promotion and revenue. Any disputes, controversies, lawsuits, arbitrations, penalties, or compensations arising from this shall be handled by you and you shall bear the relevant legal responsibilities. We do not assume any responsibility.

(2) You should comply with our promotional policies and regulations and not engage in false advertising, misleading behavior, or other illegal activities. You shall not publish false or misleading information in any way, or allow such false or misleading information to exist in your promotional media based on your relationship with us or our affiliated companies. If you violate these regulations, we have the right to restrict your promotion and benefits, and require you to make corrections within the prescribed period. Otherwise, we have the right to unilaterally terminate this agreement immediately, cancel your eligibility as a Crazybuycn promoter, and require you to pay the full amount of the received bonuses and withdrawn income as liquidated damages. In addition, if we or our affiliated companies suffer any losses as a result, we have the right to demand full compensation from you.

(3) You should provide necessary reports, data, and information as requested to evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities.

(4) You should protect our trade secrets and intellectual property rights, and not disclose, misappropriate or abuse relevant information.

(5) You have the right to access and use the promotional tools we provide in order to better carry out promotional activities.

(6) You have the right to receive rewards and commissions based on your promotion results.

(7) You have the right to provide us with feedback and suggestions to optimize our cooperation and promotion strategies.

(8) You are not allowed to promote any cross-border purchasing platforms similar to Crazybuycn. Otherwise, Crazybuycn reserves the right to disable your affiliate feature. During the pause of auxiliary functions:

All functions related to affiliate network marketing will be unavailable.

You cannot obtain new affiliate users through recommended links or QR codes.

You will no longer be able to earn commissions.

(9) You are prohibited from directly or indirectly providing inappropriate material or non-material benefits to our employees, affiliates, or stakeholders. This includes but is not limited to cash, goods, cash equivalents, services, travel, etc. If there is an undisclosed conflict of interest, it will be considered as commercial bribery. In addition, you are not allowed to use content cooperation information technology services to engage in any illegal activities such as money laundering and pyramid schemes. Otherwise, we may immediately terminate all cooperation with you and impose contractual penalties and/or compensation. The amount of such penalties and compensation will be determined based on the economic and reputational losses suffered by us as a result of your illegal behavior, and we have the right to deduct them from your prepaid funds. If the prepaid funds are insufficient, we have the right to recover the remaining amount from you. We also have the right to report to relevant regulatory authorities and cooperate with their investigations in accordance with the law.

(10) You are prohibited from including the following content in your promotional media or content. Otherwise, we have the right to delete such content:

Promote pornography, violence, gambling, discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.

Promote any illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, harassing, or other aggressive behavior.

Those who participate in pyramid schemes, financial fraud, or major public opinion issues.

Domain names similar to the Crazybuycn platform, including but not limited to similarities, variations, spelling errors, etc.

Content that infringes upon the intellectual property, public image, or privacy of any third party (including our affiliated companies).

The misleading content of false advertising involving fraud or misleading consumers.

Other content that violates laws, regulations, international treaties, public order, and good morals.

(11) You must ensure that there is a clear distinction between the products provided through the promotional links placed on your promotional media and any other products and/or services provided by third parties that are identical or substantially similar to the product. This should not cause confusion and mislead users, nor should it affect or interfere with the normal operation of the Crazybuycn platform in any way.

（12） Without our prior written consent, during the cooperation period, you shall not charge fees or distribute cash, vouchers, points, etc. to secondary promoters in the name of the Crazybuycn platform, or cooperate through such means. Once discovered, we have the right to immediately terminate this agreement, cancel your eligibility as a Crazybuycn promoter, and deduct all unpaid bonuses as liquidated damages, which will be considered as the amount you are obligated to pay.

(13) Prohibit platform illegal promotion behavior: You are prohibited from using user reviews or other internal resources purchased on the Crazybuycn platform to solicit user assistance for promotion, including directly publishing websites, channels, or other direct or indirect promotion methods, or products with your promotional links or QR codes containing your information; Indirectly publish Discord/Telegram groups, TikTok accounts, YouTube accounts, Weibo accounts, official accounts, website addresses, etc., mainly to promote you in various forms; Or publish low-priced product information on all resources of the Crazybuycn platform, attract users to purchase products through various means such as joining Discord/Telegram groups or other communities, or publish low-priced products to attract users to purchase, and then deliver them to buyers through the purchasing method of promoters, disrupting normal market order and infringing on user rights.

(14) During the event, you must strictly comply with laws, regulations, and rules related to user information, personal information, privacy rights, and network security protection. You are not allowed to collect user personal information without authorization in the name of promoting the Crazybuycn platform, nor are you allowed to maliciously capture user personal information. If you need to collect personal information from users due to your own reasons, you should follow the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity, clearly state the purpose, method, and scope of information collection, and obtain the user's explicit consent. If you violate these regulations, we have the right to unilaterally terminate this agreement, demand the return of all received bonuses and profits, and compensate us for all losses caused thereby.

(15) If the Crazybuycn referral function is closed due to serious violations, the commission and other income of the promotion account will be reset and cannot be withdrawn.

intellectual property right

(1) We own the copyright of all information content within the Crazybuycn platform (excluding promotional periods/product/service information posted by Crazybuycn platform users), including but not limited to text, images, software, audio, and video. Any authorized browsing, copying, printing, or dissemination of information content on the Crazybuycn platform shall not be used for commercial purposes, and all use of information content and any part thereof shall include this intellectual property statement. All products, technologies, and programs within the Crazybuycn platform are our intellectual property, including but not limited to trademark rights, patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets, etc. Without our authorization, you are not allowed to use, modify, or copy in whole or in part. In any way (including but not limited to illegal copying, dissemination, display, mirroring, uploading, downloading). Otherwise, we or our recommenders will hold you legally responsible in accordance with the law.

（2） You are not allowed to apply for or register intellectual property rights (including trademarks, patents, copyrights, domain names, etc.) enjoyed by us or our recommenders in any country or region in advance. If you violate these regulations, you promise to transfer the intellectual property rights registered in violation of these regulations to us free of charge, and cooperate in signing the transfer documents, bearing the transfer fees, and handling the transfer of management rights. If your actions cause us losses (including but not limited to litigation compensation, litigation costs, lawyer fees, etc.), you should fully compensate us.

7. Confidentiality Obligations

(1) You shall strictly keep confidential any information obtained or obtained through the Crazybuycn platform that is related to us, our recommenders, products, etc. and can be reasonably considered confidential ("Confidential Information"). This includes but is not limited to sales data and user information. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by us, you shall not directly or indirectly use the confidential information for any purpose other than the performance of this agreement, nor shall you disclose or allow any third party to use the confidential information.

(2) You shall not disclose or reveal any information related to the content under this agreement or our trade secrets (including current and future business data, customer lists, technical information, software programs, finance, and other business-related information belonging to us) to any third party outside of us and our affiliates. But if applicable laws require disclosure of our relevant information to authorized agencies (such as government law enforcement agencies or judicial agencies), or if you disclose our relevant information to your affiliated companies in order to fulfill this agreement, it does not apply.

(3) The confidentiality obligation shall not be invalidated by the invalidity, termination or impracticality of this agreement. The confidentiality obligation will remain in effect until we agree to exempt you from this obligation, or until it is no longer possible for any party to be harmed by a breach of confidentiality obligation.

8、 Force Majeure and Disclaimer

(1) We are not responsible for the following situations or behaviors (including but not limited to):

1) You are responsible for protecting the security of your promotional account, password, and personal information. We are not responsible for any losses caused by the leakage or unauthorized use of your account information.

2) Any expenses, losses, or liabilities incurred by you due to promotional activities, including but not limited to advertising fees, compensation fees, or legal litigation costs, shall not be borne by us.

3) We do not assume any responsibility for the consequences of your promotion account being suspended due to your violation of community guidelines, self-discipline agreements, or platform rules.

4) Any disputes arising from transactions or partnerships between you and third parties during the promotion process shall be resolved by you, and we shall not be held responsible.

5) We are not responsible for any disputes or legal liabilities arising from your use of paid promotion methods (including but not limited to monetary rewards, physical items, and points) on various promotional platforms without our consent.

6) The risk of personal information leakage caused by your intentional or unintentional disclosure to others shall be borne by you.

(2) In the event of force majeure that results in platform interruption, promotional activity interruption, or inability to fulfill obligations, we shall not be held responsible

1) Force majeure events include but are not limited to unforeseeable or unavoidable natural disasters, wars, government actions, labor disputes, power outages, network failures, computer viruses, hacker attacks, platform maintenance, or adverse weather conditions.

2) During force majeure events, we will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and communicate and negotiate with you to restore the normal operation of promotional activities as much as possible.

3) We shall not be liable for any losses, damages or expenses arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to interruptions in promotional activities, loss of profits or any indirect losses.

9. Liability for breach of contract

(1) Default compensation: Unless otherwise provided in this agreement, if you violate this agreement and result in third-party complaints, lawsuits, or claims, you shall handle and bear all possible legal liabilities arising therefrom. If your illegal or irregular behavior results in us or our affiliated companies compensating any third party or being punished by government departments, you shall fully compensate us and our affiliated companies for the losses suffered as a result (including direct economic losses, reputation losses, and indirect losses). Compensation, settlement fees, lawyer fees, litigation costs, preservation insurance premiums and other economic losses, the same applies below.

(2) If there are no force majeure factors and you violate the provisions of this agreement, you should correct it within 3 working days after receiving our written or email notification. If you fail to meet our requirements, we have the right to unilaterally terminate the partnership, suspend/prohibit your normal use of promotional functions, deduct settled promotional commissions, and freeze pending promotional activity bonuses based on the severity of the violation. We also have the right to recover all paid bonus fees from you, and you must compensate us and our affiliated companies for all losses suffered as a result.

（3） If both parties are at fault, they shall each bear the liability for breach of contract according to the degree of fault. However, in any case, our cumulative liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total amount of bonus fees payable and paid to you.

(4) You promise that any information you submit to us, including but not limited to registration information (including identity information), bank account information, contact information, etc., is true. Otherwise, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, withhold bonus fees, terminate our cooperation with you, and recover all paid bonus fees. In addition, we have the right to demand compensation for any losses suffered by us and our affiliated companies as a result.

(5) You promise that you or your sub initiators will abide by the principle of integrity in their business activities. Any of the following circumstances shall constitute a violation of this agreement and the principle of good faith. We have the right to terminate this agreement immediately, and you shall fully compensate us for any losses suffered by Crazybuycn platform/other platforms recognized by Crazybuycn platform/us. At the same time, we have the right to impose corresponding penalties on you:

1) The use of the Crazybuycn platform is suspected of fraud or other illegal activities (we have the right to independently determine this).

2) Received complaints from third parties or handled by relevant judicial or administrative authorities.

3) Malicious exploitation of Crazybuycn platform features, or interference or attempted interference with the operation of Crazybuycn platform using any device, software, or routine program.

4) Using computer viruses/programs or other means to illegally steal, delete, modify, add information related to other promoters, users, store products, or otherwise endanger the normal operation of other functions of the Crazybuycn platform.

5) Without our written consent, allowing others to use the Crazybuycn platform or transferring all or part of the Crazybuycn platform's functions to others without authorization (including but not limited to allowing others to use their accounts to promote on Crazybuycn), or transferring or disclosing their accounts to others without authorization.

6) Unauthorized establishment of any form of link for promotion on other media, including but not limited to the production and installation of Trojan horses and other cheating methods for promotion.

7) Exploiting vulnerabilities on the Crazybuycn platform for personal gain or using improper methods or techniques to circumvent the requirements of this agreement and platform rules.

8) Other serious violations of the provisions of this agreement or rules.

(6) If your actions result in us and/or our affiliates or other contracting parties being subject to third-party claims, we and/or our affiliates or other contracting parties may demand full compensation from you for all losses, such as payment to the third party, after fulfilling our obligations.

10. Anti cheating guide

(1) In the process of our cooperation, we have the right to monitor your promotion methods and prohibit you from using illegal, improper or fraudulent means, such as devices, programs or other methods, to artificially exaggerate the performance of various data indicators that we monitor. Whether you participate in cheating activities will be determined based on the results determined by our or Crazybuycn's anti cheating department through technical means.

(2) You have engaged in cheating behavior in promotional activities on relevant channels, including but not limited to the following situations

1) Traffic cheating: including but not limited to traffic hijacking, abnormal traffic, multiple transactions with highly similar user behavior, etc. The determination of traffic cheating is based on the recognition results of Crazybuycn's anti cheating system. It should be noted that due to objective factors that may not necessarily correspond to traffic cheating and transactions, if the following traffic cheating behaviors are identified, regardless of whether the income is directly related to the transaction, the corresponding income for the current month will not be settled. Traffic cheating.

2) Traffic hijacking: involves abnormal means such as using viruses, trojans, malicious plugins, unauthorized software bundling, forcing homepage, address bar or browser hijacking, hijacking Crazybuycn website pages, search engine cheating, tampering with user information, etc, Hijacking normal traffic. It also includes methods such as link hijacking, DNS hijacking, or ARP attacks to hijack normal traffic. 3) Abnormal traffic: refers to abnormal browsing, clicking, and trading behavior generated through programs, scripts, simulations, and other means. This includes behaviors such as incentivizing or inducing clicks, pop ups, or automatically simulating abnormal browsing, clicking, or trading behavior caused by user clicks.

4) Other data anomalies that can be reasonably proven on the Crazybuycn platform, such as traffic sources, distribution, etc.

（3） We have the right to determine whether you need to rectify the cheating behavior within a specified period of time based on its severity, and report the rectification results. If we acknowledge the rectification results, cooperation between both parties will be restored. If you refuse to rectify, fail to rectify within the prescribed time limit, or rectify non conformities, we have the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement without paying any outstanding fees. If there is serious cheating behavior, we have the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement and require you to bear a breach of contract liability equivalent to twice the income during the cheating period. If the liquidated damages are insufficient to compensate for the losses, you will be required to make up for the shortfall. Specific forms of compensation may include but are not limited to deducting unsettled amounts, undistributed earnings, cash payments, etc. If serious cheating behavior is found, we have the right to report it to the relevant judicial and administrative departments and take further action.

11、 Supplementary Provisions

(1) Crazybuycn may periodically revise and announce these rules in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. If the brand has any questions about the modified rules, they can consult Crazybuycn customer service.

(2) The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, modification, termination, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region, and Taiwan) for the sole purpose of this agreement.
