Precautions for Receiving Packages

Precautions for Signing for Goods

1. Before signing for the goods, check if the outer packaging is intact, the box seal is secure, and if there is any noticeable difference in weight.

2. Regardless of whether there are visible damages or signs of tearing on the outer packaging, always inspect the goods in front of the courier before signing. If you find any issues, write a note on the waybill or refuse to sign the package.

3. If the package was not inspected in front of the courier and is found to be damaged or missing items, please retain the outer packaging (including the sealing tape). Report the issue to the local post office within two days of signing (based on the delivery confirmation time on the logistics provider's website), and provide documents such as the invoice and photos of the package. Contact us to help you apply for compensation from the post office.

Note: If your package is a postal service package, such as EMS or SAL, you must also provide a damage report issued by the post office or a case number, along with the required documents (e.g., goods invoice, physical photos). This will help facilitate verification and compensation from the logistics provider.

4. Once the goods are signed for, the transit process is considered complete. Our company will not be responsible for any issues with the goods after signing.

5. Once you have signed for the package, report any issues to customer service within 72 hours. Reports made after this period will not be accepted.

Disclaimer Clauses

1. For fragile and perishable items, whether or not strengthened packaging is selected, only loss claims are covered, and damage claims are excluded.

2. Dangerous and prohibited items, such as compressed gases, liquefied gases, flammable liquids, and acidic or alkaline corrosives, as well as other items prohibited by national regulations, are not covered under claims.

3. Losses or expenses resulting from natural wear and tear, inherent defects, the characteristics of the goods, or fluctuations in their market value are not eligible for claims.

4. Total or partial losses of goods caused by natural disasters, including severe weather, lightning, tsunamis, earthquakes, or floods during transportation, are not covered under claims.

5. Goods affected by force majeure factors, such as weather or customs clearance delays, that result in expired shelf life, warranties, or extended delivery periods, are not eligible for compensation.

6. If customs procedures require your cooperation (e.g., paying tariffs) and you refuse, resulting in the package not being delivered within the promised timeframe, all associated losses, responsibilities, and consequences will be solely borne by you. The transit logistics provider assumes no liability.
